Lens inspection

Esteban checks both lenses up close before starting. He looks at the depth of oxidation so he knows exactly which sanding stages your lights need.

Wet sanding

Starting with a coarser grit and working progressively finer, the oxidised outer layer is carefully sanded away. This is what actually removes the cloudiness, not just polish.

Polishing

After sanding, the lens gets polished back to a clear, smooth surface. Esteban takes his time here so the finish comes out even across the whole lens.

UV sealant

A UV-resistant coating goes on last. It protects the fresh lens from the sun and helps the clarity last significantly longer than a polish-only job.
